Participating in Arithmic MSPs

As mentioned earlier, all Arithmic users will be invited to invest in MSPs. However, while everyone is welcomed, there are only certain users who will be allowed to hold Arithmic’s Equity HST (eHST) which unlocks significantly higher yields than the Stable HST (sHST)-holding cohort.

This is where the global leaderboard is utilized to decide the allocation of Arithmic’s HSTs. Only a certain percentage of top users (for example, 20%) of the leaderboard will be invited to hold the eHST while others will be offered the sHST. To improve their chances of receiving an eHST, users must earn more points by engaging in actions described in the previous section. However, given the value of our HSTs, we expect a market to emerge around them where it will be possible for users to trade and purchase HSTs either directly from a user or through an exchange.
